1. You must first find your 9 digit zip code.
   To do this go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp and type in your address. This will tell you your 9 digit zip code.
2. Next, go to this web site: http://www.vote-smart.org/index.htm 
   Enter the 9 digit zip code and it will tell you who your U.S. Congress and State Legislators are.
