STARTING IN THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER.      

 

Student Contest Information

All contest submissions are due by Friday September 27th, 2019 and winners will be notified through their schools no later than Monday October 10th, 2019 and invited to a special dinner in their honor the week of Veterans Day.

 

Elementary School Art Contest

Elementary school students are invited to create and submit art work around the theme:

"Heart of a Hero: Remembering D-Day."

All student art submissions will be displayed at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District during the week of Veterans Day. Parents and families are encouraged to come and view student artwork.

Digital Content Contest

High school students are invited to create digital content of their choice (website, video, digital art, music, etc) around the theme:

Veterans Day Dinner Program

A Veteran and one (1) guest are invited to participate in a dinner celebrating Veterans Day. Tickets are required and may be reserved and picked up at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District. There is no charge for tickets. Priority is given to the Veterans that live within our District Boundaries. 

When you come to our office to reserve your tickets, you will choose your table ahead of time. Tables will be assigned by the seat and table of your choice. Doors open at 5:00pm with our no-host cash bar in the Freedom Room, and the program is set to begin at 6:00pm.
